I understand your working environment

Before becoming an ADHD coach, I spent 15 years working in consumer marketing, across a wide range of industries, brands and marketing functions.

Throughout my career, I worked alongside people in strategy, creative, communications, PR, media, social media, product management, product development and brand marketing. This means I understand the realities of creative and marketing careers: managing multiple projects at once, balancing strategic thinking with delivery, working to tight deadlines, navigating changing priorities and constantly switching between big-picture ideas and detailed execution.

These environments can be incredibly rewarding for ADHD brains. Creativity, curiosity, problem-solving and the ability to make connections are often real strengths. But the same roles can also create challenges around prioritisation, organisation, follow-through, time management and managing overwhelm.

This is why I specialise in coaching people with ADHD who work in marketing and creative industries. I understand the pressures of the work itself, not just ADHD in theory. My aim is to help you develop practical strategies that allow you to work with your strengths, while building the structures and systems that support the areas that feel harder.

She’s given me the tools and strategies to harness my creativity.”

  • "It's been lovely working with Fran so far - we're about 5 sessions in and she's been great at helping me get a handle on my workload and setting boundaries for myself. Her knowledge of working as a marketer has been really helpful in helping me set realistic expectations of my workload and about how I can manage my time in my own marketing role."
